NONYMOUSAA's official online store offers delivery services through ems.
International delivery takes 7 to 15 business days, and delivery may be delayed depending on delivery location and availability.
Please understand that delivery begins on business days except holidays and weekends, and delays may occur by 1–3 business days depending on circumstances.
After receiving the package, please check if there is any damage to the product.
If there is any damage, please leave the relevant information through make 1:1 inquiries in My page and we will help you with your response after checking it quickly.

國際配送需要7~15個工作日,根據配送位置和供應情況可能會延遲配送。
除節假日及週末外,從營業日開始配送,根據情況可能會延遲1-3個工作日,敬請諒解。
收到包裹後,請檢查產品是否有損壞。

Shipping Fee
NONYMOUSAA official international website Costs will be charged according to the shipping cost standard.
- Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes.
Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them.
We are not sure about the taxes because It depends on the country.
To make sure, Please, contact with the customs in your country.
In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped.
Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
